Order online

1. You may order in a given way:

2. Every customer is required to write the following data in his order form:

  • Full name
  • Company name
  • Street and number
  • City
  • Phone number
  • E-mail
  • Registration number
  • Required exhaust parts

E-mail address is also used to inform about the order's status. In case an e-mail address is not given the order will not be accepted by the system.

All orders can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, throughout the whole year. Any orders made on non working days will be looked into the following business day.

Completed transaction. The products chosen are sent within 3 business days after having received the payment for them. In special cases it can be prolonged but the customer will be immediately informed about this.

The prices of products on the day of a purchase are no object to change.

In case the chosen item is not available in our warehouse, the customer is immediately informed about the prolonged time of completing our transaction.

You are informed whether the item is available or not and the time of transaction within 1 business day since the moment the item has been ordered. To make it work we insist on checking your e-mail address.

Shipping

The ordered items are delivered to customers via courier. They are delivered on the address given in the order form.

You can choose a form of payment.

The DPD courier company delivers items from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Dear customer,

If you live on the Island (Man, Guersney, Jersey etc.) the shipping cost may change. Please, contact our office in case of any doubts.

Any special wishes concerning the time of delivery included in your order form are treated as an additional service , which is extra charged according to the valid courier's charges.

    Available forms of payment

    Prepayment- transfer.

    Prepayment from your bank account. The item is sent after the transaction is completed and the money is transfered and booked.

    The number of our account is sent on your e-mail address after ordering an item. It is also given in „Contact” section.

    PayPal payment.

    Pressing the button you can go to a safe payment PayPal method . Thanks to that your shopping and payment is more comfortable and the time of transaction is really short.

The delivery charge depends on a chosen form of payment and the number of the chosen items.


Returns and complaints

• According to the law, at Exhaust24.com, we make it possible to return a product to us, without giving any reasons and return it within 10 days from the moment the product was delivered to a customer.

• You may return any merchandise in its original condition and packaging. The product must not be damaged, unpacked , have any signs of use or incomplete.

• The product must be sent at the address of our firm, which is indicated at the beginning of the Regulations

• Customer pays for the packaging and shippment of the returned item. We do not accept parcels which are paid on delivery.

• The invoice and a statement that you are resigning with the contract must be enclosed together with the returned merchandise.

• We guarantee to return the full amount of money for the item within 7 days since we receive the return. We use money transfer, PayPal payment or postal order, on the account given by the customer.

Return or exchange

If the delivered item was the same as the one you had ordered but you still want to return it , you can send the item back (providing it had not been installed) within 10 business days since the delivery, at your expense.

If the delivered item was the result of our mistake, inform us about it immediately. We will exchange the product with a new one at our expense (providing it was not installed, damaged)

Please note that we will refund the shipping cost only if a wrong item is sent, so as the return was a result of our own mistake.

ATTENTION! THE PRODUCT CAN BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED ONLY WHEN IT WAS INTACT. IT MUST BE SUITABLY PACKED IN ORDER NOT TO BE DAMAGED DURING THE SHIPPING. IT IS SENDER ( CUSTOMER) WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RIGHT PACKAGING.

We also insist on checking the product when delivered.

If the product is incomplete or mechanically damaged , ask the courier to write an appropriate damage report and leave a copy for yourself ( it is important to do it the day of delivery). Inform the exhaust24.com consumer service about it in order to solve the problem.

Please note. If the delivered item is accepted by the consumer without any reservation( objection) and if no damage report is written together with a courier on the day of the delivery, there is no possibility to complain about any damage or missing item.

In case of any troubles with checking the delivered product or if the courier refuses to write a damage report, we insist on writing his name, surname and telephone number and an immediate contact with our consultant.
