RETURNS AND CLAIMS

Customers that have purchased our product on our website may return it at their own expense without any reason, submitting a written statement within 10 days since the purchase day.

Purchased product must be returned undamaged (with no signs of use), in the original package. Photocopy of proof of purchase should be also attached.

Reimbursement for the returned products (after deducting total shipping cost) will be made within 7 days since receiving the product. Money will be transferred to determined bank account or sent by postal order to the address registered in our order system.

Customers return the goods at their own expense.

We do not accept paid-on-delivery packages.

Claims concerning transportation damages will be hadled only if the complaint report with a courier signature is submitted.

Any returns or shipments sent at our expense are not collected, unless it was discussed earlier.


• Returned product must be intact- it cannot be damaged, unpacked (if it is originally packed), used or incomplete.

• Product should be sent back to our office address (that is indicated in the introduction to the regulations).

• Packaging and return shipping costs are covered by a purchaser. We do not accept any packages that are paid on delivery.

• The invoice and a statement that you withdraw from the contract must be enclosed together with the returned goods.

• We guarantee to return the full amount of money for the item within 7 days since we receive the goods.

Return or exchange

If the delivered item was the same as the one you had ordered but you still want to return it , you can send the item back ( providing it had not been installed ) within 10 business days since the delivery, at your expense.

If the delivered item was the result of our mistake, inform us about it immediately. We will exchange the product with a new one at our expense ( providing it was not installed, damaged, )

Please note that we will refund the shipping cost only if a wrong item is sent, so as the return was a result of our own mistake.

ATTENTION! THE PRODUCT CAN BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED ONLY WHEN IT WAS INTACT. IT MUST BE SUITABLY PACKED IN ORDER NOT TO BE DAMAGED DURING THE SHIPPING. IT IS SENDER ( CUSTOMER) WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RIGHT PACKAGING.

We also insist on checking the product when delivered.

If the product is incomplete or mechanically damaged , ask the courier to write an appropriate damage report and leave a copy for yourself ( it is important to do it the day of delivery). Inform the exhaust24.com consumer service about it in order to solve the problem.

Please note. If the delivered item is accepted by the consumer without any reservation( objection) and if no damage report is written together with a courier on the day of the delivery, there is no possibility to complain about any damage or missing item.

In case of any troubles with checking the delivered product or if the courier refuses to write a damage report, we insist on writing his name, surname and telephone number and an immediate contact with our consultant.
